REDCAMP Dog Wagon Pet Loss Special Review Policy
We are deeply sorry for the loss of your pet.
This policy applies only to requests for special consideration when a REDCAMP dog wagon is no longer needed because the intended pet has passed away.
All standard cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping damage claims, incorrect-item claims, warranty claims, and manufacturing defect claims remain subject to the REDCAMP Return & Refund Policy.
1. This Is a Special Review, Not an Automatic Return
The passing of a pet does not automatically qualify an order for:

A full refund.
-
A free return.
-
Waived return shipping.
-
Waived restocking fees.
-
Acceptance of a used dog wagon.
-
Store credit.
-
An extension of the standard return period.
-
Any other refund, credit, fee waiver, or policy exception.
Each request is reviewed individually based on the submitted documentation, product condition, delivery date, usage status, return cost, order history, and other relevant circumstances.
Submitting a request or supporting documentation does not guarantee approval.
Approval of the submitted documentation does not constitute return authorization and does not guarantee that the dog wagon will be accepted for return.
2. Required Pet Loss Documentation
A Pet Loss Special Review request must include at least one verifiable document showing that the intended pet has passed away.
Accepted documentation includes:

A veterinary death confirmation.
-
A veterinary euthanasia record.
-
A veterinary invoice confirming euthanasia or death.
-
A pet cremation receipt or certificate.
-
A pet burial or aftercare service receipt.
-
An official record from an animal hospital, animal shelter, animal control agency, or licensed pet aftercare provider.
The document must clearly show:

The name of the issuing organization.
-
The organization’s contact information.
-
The pet’s name or other identifying information.
-
The relevant death, euthanasia, cremation, burial, or aftercare date.
The submitted information must be reasonably consistent with the order information and the customer’s explanation.
The documented date must also be reasonably consistent with the order date, delivery date, and date of the request.
Customers may redact:

Unrelated medical details.
-
Unrelated charges.
-
Full payment card information.
-
Bank account information.
-
Other information that is not necessary to review the request.
Customers must not redact the issuing organization, organization contact information, pet identification information, or relevant date.
Do not submit original documents.
3. Documents That Are Not Sufficient by Themselves
The following items do not qualify as sufficient proof when submitted alone:

Photographs of the pet.
-
Photographs of an urn.
-
Memorial photographs.
-
Social media posts.
-
Text messages.
-
Condolence messages.
-
Self-written statements.
-
Statements from friends or family members.
-
Screenshots without identifiable issuer information.
-
Documents that do not show the pet’s identifying information.
-
Documents that do not show the relevant date.
-
Documents that do not identify the issuing organization.
REDCAMP may request:
-
A clearer copy.
-
A complete copy.
-
Additional supporting documentation.
-
Additional order information.
-
Additional photographs of the dog wagon.
-
Information reasonably necessary to confirm that the document relates to the intended pet and customer.
REDCAMP may decline documentation that appears incomplete, altered, duplicated, inconsistent, misleading, or unverifiable.
4. Product Condition Still Matters
Pet loss documentation does not override the product condition requirements in the standard REDCAMP Return & Refund Policy.
A dog wagon that has carried a pet, been used outdoors, or contains pet hair, odor, stains, bodily fluids, dirt, wheel wear, or other contamination may not qualify for return.
REDCAMP may request current photographs or video showing:

The complete dog wagon.
-
All wheels.
-
The fabric and interior.
-
The frame.
-
Included accessories.
-
Product labels.
-
The original carton.
-
The original protective packaging.
Customers must accurately disclose whether the dog wagon:
-
Was assembled.
-
Carried or came into contact with a pet.
-
Was used indoors.
-
Was used outdoors.
-
Shows wheel wear.
-
Contains pet hair, odor, stains, dirt, moisture, or contamination.
-
Is missing any part, accessory, instruction, or packaging material.
-
Has been washed, repaired, modified, or damaged.
Providing inaccurate or incomplete information about product condition may result in denial of the request.
5. Review Is Not Return Authorization
Completion of the documentation review does not authorize the customer to return the dog wagon.
The product must not be shipped, delivered, refused, or sent to any REDCAMP address unless REDCAMP first provides written return authorization and return instructions.
An email acknowledging receipt of the request or documentation is not return authorization.
A customer service discussion, proposed resolution, return estimate, or preliminary approval is not return authorization unless REDCAMP expressly confirms in writing that the return has been authorized.
Dog wagons returned without written authorization may be:

Refused.
-
Returned to the sender.
-
Delayed.
-
Ineligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.
-
Subject to additional handling or return shipping charges.
The customer remains responsible for unauthorized return shipments.
6. Possible Review Outcomes
After completing the review, REDCAMP may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

Apply the standard return terms.
-
Approve a return subject to applicable shipping costs and deductions.
-
Offer limited store credit.
-
Reduce part of an applicable restocking fee.
-
Approve a limited extension of the return-request deadline.
-
Offer another one-time customer service resolution.
-
Request additional documentation.
-
Decline the request.
REDCAMP is not required to offer every available option.
The outcome offered in one case does not determine the outcome of another case.
Store credit, when offered and accepted:
-
Is not cash.
-
Cannot be transferred to another customer.
-
Cannot be transferred to another marketplace.
-
Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
-
May be subject to the terms disclosed when it is issued.
Any approved accommodation is a one-time customer service decision. It does not create a continuing right or entitlement for another order, product, customer, or claim.
7. Returned Products Must Be Received and Inspected
If REDCAMP authorizes a return, no refund, store credit, fee reduction, or other financial adjustment will be finalized solely because:

Return authorization was issued.
-
A return label was created.
-
A carrier accepted the package.
-
Tracking information shows movement.
-
The customer provided a shipping receipt.
-
Tracking information shows delivery.
The returned dog wagon must first be received and inspected by REDCAMP or its designated return facility.
The inspection may include review of:
-
Product condition.
-
Evidence of pet contact.
-
Evidence of indoor or outdoor use.
-
Wheel wear.
-
Dirt, grass, sand, gravel, or road marks.
-
Pet hair.
-
Odor.
-
Stains.
-
Bodily fluids.
-
Moisture or contamination.
-
Frame condition.
-
Missing parts or accessories.
-
Original packaging.
-
Damage occurring before or during return shipment.
-
Whether the returned product matches the authorized product and order.
The final resolution will be determined only after the inspection has been completed.
An authorized return may still be rejected or adjusted if the returned product does not match the condition described by the customer or does not satisfy the applicable return requirements.
8. Refunds, Store Credit, and Deductions
If a return or other accommodation is approved, the final amount may be reduced by applicable:

Return shipping costs.
-
Original shipping costs where permitted by the applicable policy.
-
Restocking fees.
-
Missing-part costs.
-
Replacement accessory costs.
-
Cleaning costs.
-
Odor-removal costs.
-
Packaging replacement costs.
-
Repair costs.
-
Damage.
-
Contamination.
-
Loss in product value.
-
Other documented costs or deductions permitted under the applicable policy or law.
Any approved refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
REDCAMP will not issue a refund to a different credit card, bank account, payment account, or person.
Store credit may be offered as a separate resolution. Store credit will be issued only after the customer expressly accepts it.
Acceptance of store credit may replace all or part of another proposed refund or accommodation, as stated in the written offer.
9. Fraudulent or Misleading Submissions
REDCAMP may reject a request if the submitted information or documentation appears:

Altered.
-
Incomplete.
-
Duplicated.
-
Inconsistent.
-
Misleading.
-
Unverifiable.
-
Fraudulent.
REDCAMP may verify that the issuing organization exists and may review whether the submitted document is reasonably consistent with the order information, customer information, and stated circumstances.
REDCAMP may request additional documentation or clarification when reasonably necessary to complete the review.
Repeated policy abuse, duplicate claims, unauthorized returns, submission of another person’s documentation, or attempts to retain both the product and a full refund may result in denial of discretionary accommodations.
A request may also be denied when:

The same document has been used for another unrelated claim.
-
The document does not reasonably relate to the customer or order.
-
The customer refuses to provide reasonably requested information.
-
The customer provides materially inaccurate product-condition information.
-
The product was returned without authorization.
-
The customer has already received a refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution for the same issue.
10. How to Submit a Request
Pet Loss Special Review requests must be submitted by email to:

The email must include:

REDCAMP order number.
-
Purchaser name.
-
Purchaser email address.
-
Dog wagon product name or model.
-
Delivery date, if available.
-
Pet’s name.
-
Relevant date of passing, euthanasia, cremation, burial, or aftercare.
-
A brief explanation of the requested accommodation.
-
At least one accepted supporting document.
-
Current photographs of the complete dog wagon.
-
Current photographs of all wheels.
-
Current photographs of the fabric and interior.
-
Current photographs of all accessories.
-
Current photographs of the original carton and packaging.
-
A clear statement explaining whether the wagon was assembled, used by a pet, or used outdoors.
The customer should send all available information in one email whenever reasonably possible.
Attachments must be clear, readable, and provided in a commonly accessible format such as PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
REDCAMP may request additional information before making a decision.
An email submission is not considered complete until REDCAMP has received the required information and documentation.
Please do not return the product until written return authorization and shipping instructions have been issued.
11. Third-Party Marketplace Orders
This policy applies only to eligible dog wagon orders placed directly through redcamp.com.
Orders placed through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, or another third-party marketplace remain subject to the policies and procedures of the marketplace where the order was placed.
REDCAMP store credit cannot be used to replace a refund owed through another marketplace.
Customers must not send third-party marketplace returns to a REDCAMP return address unless specifically authorized in writing.
Privacy Notice
Submitted documentation may be processed by REDCAMP and its authorized service providers as reasonably necessary for:

Request review.
-
Document verification.
-
Fraud prevention.
-
Customer communication.
-
Recordkeeping.
-
Chargeback or dispute handling.
-
Legal compliance.
-
Related customer service purposes.
Customers should redact unrelated medical details, unrelated charges, government identification numbers, full payment card information, and bank account information before submission.
Documentation will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
